02 / SITE VISIT

In-person walk-thru for photos, measurements & notes to prepare an estimate for staging rentals.

03 / ESTIMATE

An estimate for the recommended staging package will be sent via email within 3 business days. Suggested rentals are usually listed by room. You are welcome to make edits, as you see fit. If special pricing is included for a package, it will be noted there.

04 / DELIVERY & INSTALL

On your scheduled day and time, we'll need a clean and empty house to work in, please (no people or pets).

If you've hired LSD for concierge services, we will be happy to handle the prep work for you.

05 / PICKUP

If you choose to keep rentals past 30 days, your credit card on file will be charged monthly. Please let us know when to pick up with at least 14 days notice. Partial months of staging are pro-rated. The cost of pickup is included in the original contract price. You will not be charged again for pickup.
